(1848 - 1933) - Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848–1933) was an American artist, designer, and craftsman celebrated for transforming glassmaking and decorative design during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. A leading figure of the Art Nouveau movement in the United States, he pioneered techniques that fused fine art and craftsmanship into luminous, nature-inspired works of stained glass, jewelry, and interiors.
